Lodging a Credit Card

Some services are charged for. For these to be enabled you need to lodge a credit/debit card (Visa/Mastercard). To lodge a card:

  1. Click the Lodge Card link

A credit card entry screen will be displayed

  1. Enter your card details and click Submit

The card will be validated1 and stored.

Note:  The credit card information is not held by Cognito Software Ltd, but is securely stored by our payment provider Windcave (formerly known as Payment Express). We do not see your full credit card number or CVC.

1  Validating the credit card applies a temporary charge of $1.00 to the card. This may appear briefly on the card statement as a pending item, but will not be charged. ↩
