Find Ledgers

The Find Ledgers part operates like the Find Accounts part, except it operates on the Ledger file instead of the Account file. The Ledger file has a many to one relationship with the Accounts file. For departmentalised accounts, there is one ledger record for each department for an account. You can find Ledger records for particular departments or classifications.
