Having recorded the Postponed VAT as above there is nothing else you need do. The transactions will automatically adjust boxes 1 and 4 of the VAT return (and be included in the VAT summary for MTD).
The value of the imported goods will be recorded when you enter the invoice/payment into MoneyWorks (and hence reflect in Box 7). These invoices/payments will not be recorded with VAT.
