Disabling a MoneyWorks Service

To disable a service:

  1. Click the Disable link

The service will be disabled.

If you made a mistake, or subsequently want to re-enable the service, click the Enable link.

Note:  If the service is charged for by Cognito, such as Bank Feeds, it will continue to run until the renew date, after which is will no longer be available.

Note:  If the service is charged for by a third party, you must contact them separately to advise you are not longer using the service (otherwise they will probably keep charging you).
