Inserts a solid line into the report. The line goes right across the page.
The thickness (width) and colour of the line can be set in the corresponding fields. Colours are specified as 24 bit RGB colour format, similar to HTML colours (0 is black). These are easily expressed as hexadecimal values, a # followed by six characters. For example #FF0000 is red.
