Trial Balance

This lists all the accounts in the chart of accounts with their opening balance at the specified From period, adjustments for the period range, and the year to date balance at the To period. The balances are listed in separate Debit and Credit columns.

It uses the standard Report Settings dialog box, so you can print movements and include transactions. You cannot however do a breakdown by category, department etc. on this report1.

It is better to print this report in Landscape orientation or with reduction—see Changing the Margins and Leading.
