Product Import Errors
| Message | Explanation |
|---|---|
| The product code "<CODE>" is already in use | Product code is not unique. Check that there is no existing code in your product file and that the code does not appear twice in the import file. If you are trying to update existing products, you need to set Update if Exists. |
| Sales account "<CODE>" not found or wrong type | Sales account must be an Income account. |
| Stock account "<CODE>" not found or wrong type | Stock account must be Current Asset |
| Product code missing | You must supply a product code |
| COGS account "<CODE>"not found or wrong type | COG/Purchase account must be Expense. |
